On Saturday, June 10th from 8 am to 12 noon open your garages and welcome our neighbors from the surrounding area to visit the community and buy from you! The Bearded Agent Team will handle signs surrounding the community to bring shoppers! We will also be around with donuts and refreshments throughout the day! 

Community Garage Sales are a HUGE hit! My team and I will set out garage sale signs on Friday evening, there will be large banners at the community entrances, we will advertise the sale online and provide snacks and refrashments to the neighborhood throught the day!
