Meet James Patton, The Bearded Agent

Where to begin?... My wife and I started our home buying experience in August of 2019. We drove blindly to an open house in Orange only to find out the home had sold. We were greeted by the agent who was running the open house, James "The Bearded Agent" Patton. From the moment we met James, we noticed the confidence of an agent with years of experience. Our home buying process was not a long one but it felt like an eternity. James made us feel as comfortable as one can be when making such an important purchase. Not once did we feel rushed or as if we were just another client. More importantly, James' "people" were amazing. From the home inspector, the appraiser and the people at Thrive Financial, the process was great. These were parts of the home buying process that we did not really know about. James made sure to surround of with people that have knowledge and experience in the home buying process. From start to finish, we cant thank James enough for the time and miles he put in driving us around Orange County. James made sure we were absolutely comfortable in our choice. Not once did we feel pressured and James always gave us his honest opinion. James completely understood that we were looking to buy our dog a home and he nailed it. Neither my wife or I had heard of Rancho Santa Margarita but with James' infinite knowledge of Orange County, we found OUR HOME. For anyone looking to find their home, or sell their home, look no further than James Patton. - Nancy, Ernesto & Remy"
