James is great at explaining things during home viewings and negotiations and is more interested in finding the right home for his buyer than in closing a deal. He also knows which local companies to bring in during closing, all of the external contractors he brought in were wonderful to work with. He is honest and hands on which really helped take the pressure off of me. He is also extraordinarily knowledgeable when creating offers which was crucial when trying to stand out from all of the other offers in a competitive market.
